Situated on the main street of Plymouth’s historic Barbican alongside Plymouth’s waterfront, described by many as one of Plymouth’s gems is Glass!!
A light, modern gallery of contemporary glass. The walls are adorned with fused glass wall art made on the premises by owner Ian. To an array of pieces to suit every budget. From candle holders to one off stand alone pieces. The whole gallery is a kaleidoscope of colour and a warm welcome greets everyone.
Much of the fused glass art work is made to commission, meeting customers requirements on colour, size and design. Ian’s work can be found in homes in a variety of cities around the world.
One of the longest established independent businesses on the Barbican, after winning best business on Plymouth’s waterfront in 2014, the gallery has gone from strength to strength and made a positive impact within this historic area of Plymouth.
Christmas at Glass!! has become a must visit destination for many near and far due to their beautiful Christmas displays that are something to behold. 2018 saw them awarded best window display, with many using the opportunity for a selfie whilst enjoying the activities during the festive season.
